Return Process

  Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label and a return authorization slip to include in your package.

  Package Securely

  Place the jewelry in its original velvet pouch and box, ensuring it is securely padded to prevent damage during transit.

  Quality Inspection & Refund

  After our gemologists verify the item's condition, we will process your refund or ship your new exchange piece within 5-7 business days.
